Sealed and Expunged Records
Xchange does not display records that are not open to public inspection. The Utah Courts page says sealed, expunged, juvenile delinquency, child welfare, and termination of parental rights cases are not available on Xchange. For eligible criminal records, Utah's expungement process involves a certificate of eligibility and a court petition under statutes such as Utah Code 77-40a-303 and Utah Code 77-40a-305.
